 Cedar Rapids, Iowa | For point-to-point wireless bridges, I use Ubiquiti hardware. For under a 1/4 mile, the NanoStation 5AC Loco is good. For distances up to 2 miles, the LiteBeam 5AC is what I use. They have options that will go further too.
I use cameras that connect to Ethernet. Most are also POE (power over Ethernet) so I only need to run the CAT5 data cable from my POE switch to both power the camera and get the video data. I then record the data with Blue Iris, which is a video recording software that runs on Windows. | |
