Federal monies are being used to subsidize resurrection, plus there will be on-going operating subsidies for power produced. 
And here, I thought subsidies are bad and they should be forced to exist in a free market. Maybe it's just me, but there seems to be a double standard at play here.




Not any different with wind and solar. Subsidies are the only way they are being put up. No one would buy and put them up without the subsidies/tax incentives.
