Subject: Tax laws change

Pittsburg, Kansas
I've read all the posts up till now.

One thing to keep in mind is tax laws can change. Back when my parents were facing inheritance tax issues with us kids their estate fit within a revocable trust. But they were getting close to needing a secondary revocable trust and would have in a few years had the inheritance tax laws not changed. But from shortly after they got their trust done the inheritance allowance deduction increased significantly and got even greater as time went by.

But look at the guy New York City elected as Mayor. What if something similar happened on a Federal level????

Don't say it can't happen. Promising people free crap gets bureaucrats elected. What if a good socialist convinced the greater public we rich farmers shouldn't be able to pass down that 80 acres??? Why shouldn't it be distributed??? And your government is up to the job.

History is full of examples of that happening.
