yes, and don't answer 'yes' on the phone either, they record that. You can usually tell when you pick up. I once had a call about 3 months ago, they kept going around and round to get me to say yes to their questions, I just would say maybe or I don't know or sounds about right, finally I hung up after 5 minutes.
