Passing it on is hard for sure but those that are able to do it get that generational wealth ball rolling and it is definitely easier to grow…..but!!!!!! Anyone can inherit a dollar takes something else to turn it into 2,3,4 more dollars…me personally I do t want my kids to farm anymore let em rent it out and piss on the headache.
