Good presentation but six years is a long time in the rapidly changing energy business so the study is not exactly relevant for today . 
I notice he left out cost of peaker plants for nukes. He also left out solar and wind. Costs on both have come down a long ways in six years. 
One of the things that also seem to not be mentioned is where do you store the spent fuel rods for these small modulars. The stuff is so hot that it has to be kept under guard for centuries. Decommissioning a plant is also quite expensive and again the high level waste needs to be considered.
