You can get there many different ways but that's not whats really important. Whats important is that is the point that price tried to make a new high and failed to do it. That was a second dimension failure and that failure combined with 3D looking for a low in that area will likely drag price back down to test that area. If I remember right my old data feed had those lows at 3.19. Regardless, until we break the drag of that dimension of price, we are gonna have to deal with it. No way around it.
Don't believe in the power of the failed swing? Been watching rice? A few weeks ago it returned to its failed swing and its been nothing but up since. Oh..and what about natty. You have heard how it was up 100+ pct in one week, but what you weren't told was that many of those contracts reached their failed swing the previous week. That's the power of the dimensions working together. But instead it was assigned that it was cold and that was the reason. Did we not have weather forecasts the previous week for cold weather? So NG is worth double what it was last week because the forecasted cold that wasnt apparently expected - so much so that price had to double in a week? Laughable. Its physics at work and nothing more than that.
