Ne Nebraska | two houses ago we finished our basement and the house had all the basement plumbing "stubbed in" except the tank water heater was in the wrong place for the bathroom layout and our easiest option to make things work was a tankless heater. Put in a Rinnai and we lived there 3 years with no issues and loved it.
Fast forward to a couple years ago when we moved back to the farm and built new, near the top of the list of items we wanted was a tankless waterheater. We had a propane powered Richmond installed and very happy with it.
