We had a whole house heating (Rinnai) until last year. 14 years and it quit and new plumber said they couldn't get parts for it. any more. So now have a Navien system. these were both natural gas. It seems that 14 years is kinda short lifetime.
But we do like the system. It keeps the house warm and shower at same time. It's supposed to be 94% efficient.
