I’m not aware of an iPad with a regular cell phone capability?
Perhaps the Android or other tablet platforms has such a thing.
Our iPads do have cell data plans, and are equipped with cell chip of course to access the cell data towers. We are even assigned cell phone numbers! But that does not give them cell phone calling/ answering features out of the box at least. Only data access.
Tablet - in between size of phone/computer.
