Never anything farmers want to do ,but is anybody giving up rental land or asking for lower rents...Locally rents are moving higher as nobody wants to "downsize" and I understand you give up rental land its gone
Seen 1 farm family in the past rented out their owned land but kept there rental ground...reduced some risk and they still retained their leases | |
