The blue grits are from a farm on Edisto Island.I bought them just to try as there are very few blue foods.(george carlin had a short skit on no blue foods).Actually quite good with a more nutty flavor than reg grits.I am sure they were extremely more costly than the Jim Dandy ones we usually buy.
