SESD | Appreciate thoughts. I have 8th kid coming middle of March, oldest is 20, so I have a lot to consider. May or may not have any farmers but have been thinking about it a lot. Also have 3 siblings. Younger brother farms half of dad's land and has 4 kids and have 2 sisters that have 0 interest in the farm and 0 kids. Dad has combination of irrevocable and living trusts.
How do you plan to keep the land together after you are gone? Irrevocable trust? How does the trust ever dissolve or pass on? Living trusts don't seem to mean much as the trustee can change anything at any time.
