All the land is left together and rented by any family members farming. You don’t have to own it to make a living farming it. Just need to pay a reasonable rent. Maybe not even county average but don’t need to steal it either.
And another comment on 50-50. I’m not talking about splitting 50-50. I’m talking about leaving it together with equal ownership.
