Central ND | I have an older bale king 3110. Where is your grate set at? Mine will eat bales fast, even with the grate backed off. I’ve never had a tumbler stop or get plugged. The issues I have with mine are alfalfa cores getting stuck between the tumblers and having to get out with a pitch fork and move it. I don’t think them turning in opposite directions would work well. I go through a lot of shear bolts, no matter where I set the grate at, hopefully a new set of hammers will fix that. | |
