| For whatever its worth, it seems like most of the world uses Windows and Microsoft Office, and I am just used to using my laptop computer for that stuff. I do have an older I Pro that works really well, and is very portable but I prefer my windows computer, that is compatable with documents that I receive from other people, and the screen is larger and easier to see with my older eyes. Even when I take a motorcycle trip, I tend to throw the laptop in the top case even though the iPad would take up less space. However, I can log into Microsoft and use MS Office on the iPad, so it is definitely doable to use the iPad for windows stuff. I think it really gets down to what you are comfortable with. | |
