West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | Pretty much of all of the Keto tortilla/taco shell recipes we've tried either crumble or melt in our hands before a person can actually eat them so we wind up with taco/tortilla hot dish meal instead of an actual taco/tortilla meal...which isn't necessarily a bad thing for a MN born/raised Scandinavian. ;-)
