Illegal and irresponsible are two totally different things.
Maybe you have a $ stake in this???
I guess if someone sees me spraying field borders a waterways or using my backpack sprayer using 24D I could get reported.
I personally have not seen any off site movement of 24D. Dicamba was a constant occurrence.
I have noticed many bean fields have a terrible smell for miles after spraying Enlist, so it does move. It is a different odor than 24D.
