I know some are advancing toward 1 micron.
I think my Massey Agco stuff that i own 08-13 is 5 on the secondary and 10 on primary.
When Deere first came out with common rail (HPCR) equipped engines, they were using a 6 micron final filter. But there were some issues, so they moved to a 2 micron.
I've been a diesel additive junky for 30 years, and I'm not planning to quit anytime soon.
Use it for lubricity if nothing else. Cetane booster is an added bonus IMO. |
