So would be good to get that done. Enlarged prostate and possibly prostate cancer are issues. Yes, If OP hasn't had a PSA test (blood test for prostate health), that is the starting point. If the PSA is in the high 4's, it should be monitored by Urologists' and checked more frequently. If PSA is 5 or above, a consideration for a MRI of the prostrate maybe needed for base line and then a year or two later . . . . .. |
