I have not used research gate very much, but suspect it is another collection of research papers

I have also used google scholar when trying to find papers.

There are a number of professional societies (such as the American Society of Agronomy) that house papers.  Sometimes research is crosslisted on other sites as well.

Understand the differences in what is being looked at when in different countries, climates, etc.  Joel Gruver brought up some relevant comments on this when cobalt was being discussed a week or so ago
