no issues helps not having to get up in middle night. Takes awhile for it to work. May not notice any changes right away. Possible side effect sperm may bypass and go into bladder instead coming out the where it should.Its called retrograde ejaculation. There is no harm , but if still in child bearing stage of life can have complications.
Anyone taking Tamsulosin?
