Yes, fluff. One of my local seed companies I deal with added another sales person last fall to their staff. So instead of me dealing directly with the person I have dealt with in the past I now have another layer of fluff. And no direct answers but "I'll get back to you on that". Didn't get a satisfying answer when i asked why that extra layer was needed. FLUFF to me.
