How beneficial or hard do you think it would be to overcome a fungicide pass with a follow-up pass of a biological or compost tea?

Or maybe a pivot pass with a high rate of biological or tea?

I follow the OPs train of thought and want to make biologicals work, but if they don’t I wanna know why also
