 Pittsburg, Kansas | Wife makes biscuits out of coconut flour that are our replacement for bread. At least to eat with soups and such. I think I have posted the recipe before but I can get it if you want. She made some just yesterday down here in Bonaire and we probably will have the rest of it tonight. Great with butter on it.
Coconut flour tends to be very dry and very water absorbant. She has found a way to add pork rinds and probably cream cheese. Easy to make and very good. | |
