I found this link below, if you scroll down a little there is a table. I wasn't sure what the rates were myself until I looked the table over. Graduates from .8% to 16%.
According to that looks like once a person is over $4 million , you lose the $4 million tax free exemption and have to pay estate taxes of $238,800 up to $4.04 million.
