| Nothing better than great landlords.
Have one that was sort of angry when I paid a 25 per acre bonus. I knew she wouldn’t cash it if I wrote two different checks so I included it in the second rent payment.
She is gone now, her sons are the same way. Knowing things were tough last fall, one son told me I could hold off on paying his share until later. (I didn’t take him up on the offer)
Cleaned up an old barnyard and the owner made it CLEAR that the rent was NOT going up for the additional ground…..it wasn’t much. | |
