Northwest Iowa | I've know the guy who owns the two local mega dairies my whole life. There is no foreign investment and he is more than thriving. Started when his bachelor uncle's died and he invested the large inheritance it in building a dairy. Ate up all the ground around it and built another huge dairy a few miles away and ate that land up. His version of farming now is handling employees all the time. Not something I'm interested in so no I won't be doing it but good for him. | |
