| From what I have been told they wouls use your average cull rate then the payment would be made on animals above that level. I did ask a few sources and all said that same thing. Most do not think it will happen. I would definitely consider sending my lower end and older cows as I have a huge surplus of heifers. Cull cow check plus the other payment would get within a couple hundred dollars of selling fresh cows for dairy. | |
