| I would imagine if a game changing technology came out "over night" multiplying yields, the tech fees would very much limit those able to use it. probably the very best land would be used and instead of 95 million corn acres it`d be 20 million acres or so being needed. can`t even guess the tech and patent fees (depending on the proven benefit) few could convince their banker to okay a say $1,000/acre tech fee. | |
