It has its place, not a replacement for the black pull behind a vehicle ones. Very nice for in the pen or barn work. You don't have to hook the leg all the time. Some times you can scoop them up with it, if they are walking already they have a bit of an attraction to walk into it. They are a bit flexible, for better or worse. The handles have came in handy to carry it with a calf inside. Cows seem more curious about it compared to the black ones, whether it is because it is yellow or they can see the calf through the open back I don't know.
