Scranton | Could be. I remember the rains made a huge circle avoiding Iowa to the north. We got a few inches in early/mid june, then it got hot and windy and didn't rain until second week of august, when it was too late.
Averaged out by 2013 when we got 30" from may 20 to jun 25. Planted corn around jun 20 (should have taken PP). Planted organic beans on July 4. They never got a rain on them until second week of sept, but they did 45. Stayed super clean. Went about 70 days without more than a sprinkle. Parts of the county went 77 days.
