What happens to a 1,200 cow dairy setup that goes out of business? Are they being turned into beef feeding operations or just leveled and famed over.
Nothing like that anywhere near me.

Two I used to work with are just sitting empty for now. One is close enough to town it’s probably just a waiting game for a developer to level it. The other still has some hope of getting a new occupant, but the last comment we got from a potential buyer was that every way they penciled it they’re better off just building green field vs trying to make it what they’d want.
