Probably best to use national averages. Anyone averaging 50bu in 1980 isn’t averaging 250 now(notwithstanding switching from non irrigated to irrigated). Average corn yields in the early 80’s were 100-110. In 45 years it has gone to 180. Can we see another 70-80 bu bump? Wouldn’t say it’s impossible.
