Just thinking about that one the other day. and the one last summer. Just a few of the right buyers will make the market. Land right now is simular to the gold market but better since it does have a yearly return although small compared to return at least enough to carry taxes and insurance a a small didvidend. Problem is you cant buy small chunks as an individual.
