Sounds like you got a system figured out and it’s working for you. Have to keep learning and adjusting to keep it going, like any of us on any program.

When you say cereal, I assume oats or wheat or barley or the like? Do you harvest that grain and straw, or harvest as forage? I can’t imagine getting a crop only every other year and making that work economically in the east half of the country.

The clover adds some diversity, otherwise growing just grasses would be a bit lopsided in an organic operation.
