Mid-Michigan | I drive fairly new pickup. I also have a decent line of farm equipment. I live in a nice house. I have a boat and a motorcycle also. We don't live extragavantly but comfortable. And its because of hard work and because for that hard work I've usually been paid a fair wage, so it doesn't sound like I could work for you. The last thing I would do is agree to terms with a landowner and work for nothing. So, as another farmer said, rent it to whomever you want. There's a sucker out there. By the way the "going rent" around me is way to high.
