You have to learn how to use it for it to be non Stick.
Heating up prior to even putting the oil down etc. they have video's
I have cast Iron was looking for something lighter and I find myself using the cast Iron because it just works better for me.
Also have their non stick 12 skillet and theirs is just like everyone's else eventually the non stick stops working.
I am seeing if their ceramic coated skillet is an acceptable subsitute and so far its been okay.
All of their cookware is well made and I think worth the cost. | |
