One thing I’ll add because now is the time to do it. Make sure your system can handle sand. It probably won’t cost much more, maybe just a couple design changes. Even in 5 or 10 years it would be nice to switch and have it work.

You’ll probably say you’d never use sand. I’ve heard loads of people say that and switch. Some were mid way through building new facilities when they switched, and neighbours now are filling in a slatted floor pit in a 20 year old barn.
