It would cause consolidation but probably not in the way you'd expect... there's a lot of well run smaller farms and a lot of poorly ran big farms... my only concern would be is whether farmers an local investors would be picking up the ground selling or if it would be wall street... We need to get off the treadmill but might need some guard rails to get off without wall street imploding it all.
