No, the reality is that land values are way out of whack to the income the land produces.

That is not the fault of the tenant.     No one should be of the mindset that they're going to get a positive ROI no matter how stupid they go on bidding land up to $30,000

Land values are being heavily subsidized by the taxpayers.    



Put the number back @ $10,000 acre x 4% plus $40 Re taxes . In a lot of cases $440 rent would = no profit. Reality is land is allowing other costs to have too big piece of the pie when in comes to cost. There is no justification for current GMO seed , fert or mach cost, that are being charged
