Washington county Kansas

Critique this plan:
Buy 4wt str $2200, sell 9wt str $3500
Buy 60 hd $131,000, sell 59 hd $206,500
$75,500 sales minus purchase
Expenses:
$30,000 feed
$2400 order buyer
$1000 inbound trucking
$3000 vaccines
$2400 death loss
$1000 outbound trucking
$1500 sales commission
$3600 interest on loan
$2200 LRP
Total expenses $57,100
Net $18,400

Got 40 acres of mostly fescue here at home for this. Planning on running water lines (underground) for some waterers. I thought I’d rotate graze and supplement in troughs with buckets moving across the pasture when grass is good, then when pasture is seasonally done, (I DO NOT overgraze), drylot feed a dry grass hay based ration into bunk. If things go well, I think a covered bed pack would be nice during this phase-it usually rains plenty around here- East Tennessee. Hay would be purchased. Any advice is appreciated, especially on feed.

I think you're about $400 too high on 9 wt sale price. That is $24K on 60 head
Edit- you're only budgeting around 36 per head ($4 per cwt) for lrp, so your protected price will be pretty low at that cost. I always budget in my protected price minus basis to see what the worst case is
