Saronville NE
Seems high to me on yr costs after purchase. Right now with interest, vet, and feed right at $1 cog give or take penny or 2. I think selling price tick on high side. Takes good ones here presently to bring $3200.
I buy all my own so the $2400 is gone. I ship ours when sell a little over an hour, freight is $500. When buy i haul my own so ill say $500.

You wouldn't be able to buy good 4 weight steers here for $2200, be closer to 2400.

Personally with widest spread ive ever seen. Id buy heifers. I can buy 6 weight hfrs here for $2300. Put 300 lbs on for $300-$325 so say $2650. 9 weight hfrs are bringing 2900 to 3100 here. $250 profit. Your interest is less cause you own them shorter time. Yr end profit not fsr off what you are estimating with steers w yr numbers.
