Western Ontario | We ran a 5400 from ‘78 to about 2004 longest 50 years in my life……punched a hole in the block one day, 531 motor that was a bit of an oddball , eventually found a new block in Wisconsin that was out of a grader. I believe they were in a 7520 tractor but the bell housing was different. Funny part of the story is when we started looking around for a different motor or block John Deere had a complete long block in inventory but couldn’t sell it to us because it didn’t meet epa standards….even though we are in Canada | |
