SWMN
It's about the daily grind. Livestock guys know this very well, every day they get up and plug away...day after day improving their bottom line. It's -10 to -45 below this morning...yet the boots are being laced up.

If your cash flow looks like your gonna lose money for the year, you have two choices...cut expenses...or bring in more income.

Perhaps the weekly golf social needs to be cut.
Perhaps cracking a cold one at 3 needs to end.
Perhaps the 18 vacations and f-ing off on weekends needs to slow down.
Perhaps ice fishing every day needs to stop.
Perhaps more family and God needs to happen.

There are many ways to bring in more income. Surviving tough times isn't gonna work if you're only gonna work 45 days of the year and not make changes.

Negative cash flow can only improve when you make the change back to the daily grind.
