I'd agree, to do it over again I'd not only put in floor heat in my basement floor but garage floor and under all my house floors. You could easily regulate the temps to a comfortable level of need be in each individual room. Would still heat with my outdoor wood boiler and utilize the forced air furnace with gas as a final emergency backup.
