Other than small mom and pop stations, who owns the licensing, branding, and supply of the big name stations? It's BiG Oil. No wonder there aren't more selections of ethanol blends. They don't want to promote it or sell it. Also, ethanol lobby has done a poor job marketing it as well. Guaranteed if big oil owned the e-plants, they'd have e15, 30, 85 on every pump.
