I am not following your line of thought. Who is for regulation. Allow anyone that wants to sell e15 year round sell it. Why would we leave the regulation in place? If people don’t want to buy it don’t. But, if all of a sudden e10 pumps start filling the tank with e15 all year, ahhh then we can see why some folks don’t want to lift the regulation
