30-40 days your comfortable waiting? UMM no, by noon the next day after finishing a contract you need to be paid. If not direct deposit I hop in my truck and go it too, none of this "we put it in the mail crap". A world of things can take place in 30 days, don't need anyone declaring bankruptcy while holding your money.
