Southern Missouri | Yes it can , so can everything else, if land appreciation doesn’t mean much ,how does any other investment appreciation? Just curious, land has truly amazed me lately , nearly everything around us that normally contributes to land depreciation or appreciation has absolutely been in the sh—er , and yet its thrown all that off its back and trudged on , me as well as anyone knows the track of its ups and downs for farmland value , but I’m pretty puzzled on it currently,absolutely no person knows what any direction any of these investments will head off into ,I guess diversifying is good , sure like a good piece of land though.
